Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, stack, and organize materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in our WMS system
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor
- Adhere to strict safety protocols including OSHA compliance and proper lifting techniques
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize material flow and minimize downtime
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
