Responsibilities
- Safely move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Inspect and maintain inventory accuracy through systematic counting and documentation
- Operate warehouse machinery following OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Maintain clean, organized, and compliant work environments
- Support shipping/receiving processes and quality control initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
