Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, sort, and store materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records through barcode scanning and system updates
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Operate automated systems (conveyors, AS/RS) with precision
- Participate in cycle counts and quarterly inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as needed
