Responsibilities
- Efficiently move raw materials and finished products using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Inspect and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
- Maintain organized storage areas with proper labeling systems
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and in compliance with OSHA standards
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
