Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments with precision
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Prepare orders for shipment and coordinate loading/unloading
- Enforce strict safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Optimize storage space and implement FIFO inventory methods
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or material handling experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license
