Responsibilities
- Safely move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Accurately track inventory using warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean, organized, and compliant work areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Inspect and report equipment malfunctions
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Support receiving, stocking, and shipping processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and WMS experience
- Ability to work in fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
