Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage incoming materials using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits with 99% accuracy
- Pick and pack orders according to priority schedules and quality standards
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies
- Adhere to all safety protocols and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic math proficiency and ability to follow written instructions
- Clear background check and drug-free certification
