Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming materials using RF scanners
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklift, pallet jack) with OSHA certification
- Manage inventory control through cycle counts and system updates
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment with zero-error accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and 5S compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficient with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to pass pre-employment background/drug screen
