Responsibilities
- Efficiently move raw materials and finished goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Maintain accurate inventory records through WMS systems and cycle counts
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to strict safety protocols including OSHA compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum space utilization and efficiency
- Prepare shipments for outbound delivery using proper packaging techniques
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficient in operating warehouse equipment safely
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
