Responsibilities
- Efficiently move raw materials and finished products within warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage, maintaining detailed inventory records
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and responsibly, adhering to OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize material flow and storage solutions
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and participate in daily safety audits
- Support inventory management processes including cycle counts and reconciliation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ years warehouse experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain company certification)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy
- Commitment to safety protocols and team collaboration
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions (warehouse environment)
