Responsibilities
- Load/unload materials from trucks, pallets, and storage racks using proper equipment
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling machinery safely
- Manage inventory through scanning, tracking, and cycle counting processes
- Pick and pack orders with precision for timely shipment
- Maintain organized and hazard-free warehouse environments
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA certified preferred)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
- Basic computer literacy and inventory system knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
