Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks and manage inventory flow using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Operate warehouse equipment efficiently while maintaining OSHA compliance
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments and document discrepancies
- Maintain organized storage areas and optimize warehouse space utilization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Valid driver's license preferred (forklift certification provided)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
