Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records via WMS systems and perform cycle counts
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols and 5S workplace organization standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Operate warehouse automation systems where applicable
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Proficient in basic inventory management systems and data entry
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- WMS system experience preferred (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
