Responsibilities
- Safely move, stack, and organize inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Perform accurate receiving, putaway, and order fulfillment tasks
- Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain precise inventory records
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and warehouse best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational goals
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces to prevent safety hazards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
