Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Pick, pack, and ship orders according to established protocols and deadlines
- Maintain organized inventory storage and conduct regular cycle counts
- Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company quality procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies
- Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Proficiency with RF scanning technology and basic computer systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
