Responsibilities
- Efficiently move and organize inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Maintain accurate stock records and warehouse documentation
- Inspect and report damaged or defective materials
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet shipping/receiving deadlines
- Operate warehouse equipment including scanners and sorting systems
- Support inventory audits and cycle count processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
