Responsibilities
- Safely move, load, and unload materials using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA safety standards
- Manage inventory counts and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Inspect and maintain material handling equipment
- Support shipping/receiving processes with timeliness and accuracy
- Uphold 5S principles for a clean, organized workspace
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
