Responsibilities
- Safely operate material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming shipments in our ERP system
- Maintain organized inventory storage and efficient warehouse layout
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for timely shipment to customers
- Conduct regular quality checks and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
