Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials within the warehouse
- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage; prepare outbound orders for shipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals
- Operate warehouse equipment including scanners and packing machines
Qualifications
- 1+ years of warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic computer literacy with inventory software experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends
