Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, sort, and package materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand tools
- Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning systems and documentation
- Ensure warehouse organization and safety compliance at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA guidelines and company protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments and quality control checks
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
