Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload raw materials, finished goods, and equipment using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain accurate inventory records through systematic scanning and documentation
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and adhere to OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Perform routine maintenance on handling equipment and report malfunctions
- Uphold 5S standards for a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse or logistics operations
- Valid forklift certification with proven safe operation record
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain precise documentation
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners
