Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, sort, and store inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Perform accurate inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation using WMS systems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse environment
- Load/unload shipments and verify inbound/outbound documentation for accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Adhere to all safety protocols and participate in regular safety training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of warehouse/material handling experience in a fast-paced environment
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license with clean record (if operating company vehicles)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
