Responsibilities
- Safely move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Load/unload trucks efficiently while maintaining accurate inventory records
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA safety protocols
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and warehouse areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
