Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, store, and distribute materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse documentation
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and maintain a clean work area
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Support loading/unloading operations and optimize storage space utilization
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual work ethic
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
