Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records and cycle counts in our WMS system
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Prepare shipments and ensure proper packaging for transit
- Operate warehouse equipment in a safe and timely manner
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year material handling or warehouse experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and WMS experience preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
