Responsibilities
- Safely move materials and products throughout the facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage; report discrepancies
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA safety standards
- Maintain organized storage areas and optimize inventory placement
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and cycle counting
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Complete paperwork and maintain digital inventory records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
