Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, store, and distribute materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Maintain accurate inventory records through WMS systems and cycle counting
- Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs to prevent operational delays
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and 5S workplace standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Prepare and process shipping/receiving documentation with precision
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred
- OSHA 10-Hour certification a plus
