Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, sort, and stage materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and maintain compliance with OSHA standards
- Accurately inventory and track materials using barcode scanning systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Maintain organized storage areas and ensure proper stock rotation
- Conduct pre/post-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Support receiving, shipping, and quality control processes as required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse/forklift certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year material handling experience in fast-paced environments
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and inventory system experience
