Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas with FIFO compliance
- Operate warehouse equipment safely while adhering to OSHA standards
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing materials and document discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production and shipping deadlines
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces to prevent safety hazards
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking
- Participate in cycle counts and physical inventories
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred
- 1+ years warehouse/material handling experience
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid California driver's license
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
