Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, store, and distribute materials using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain organized inventory records and conduct cycle counts
- Inspect and operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and staging shipments
- Support warehouse cleanliness and facility maintenance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
