Responsibilities
- Handle, move, and organize raw materials and finished products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual lifting
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to OSHA standards
- Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and data entry in warehouse management systems
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production and shipping schedules
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication abilities and teamwork mindset
