Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials throughout the facility
- Manage inventory accuracy using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with zero-defect accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Conduct cycle counts and assist in month-end inventory audits
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
