Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage
- Maintain organized inventory storage systems and update records
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and follow OSHA protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals
- Prepare and process shipping/receiving documentation
- Keep work areas clean and comply with safety standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
