Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Inspect and maintain inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and in compliance with OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet deadlines
- Prepare and stage materials for production/shipping with attention to detail
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and equipment daily
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems (RF scanning experience a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
