Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, pack, and organize inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
- Inspect materials for damage and ensure accurate documentation of shipments
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time inventory tracking
- Support inventory audits and cycle count processes
- Adhere to strict quality control protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
