Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
- Accurately receive, scan, and stock inventory using WMS systems
- Pick and pack orders with zero-error accuracy standards
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse zones and safety compliance
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with WMS software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
