Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, sort, and store materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records through WMS systems and physical counts
- Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments for damage and completeness
- Adhere to strict safety protocols including OSHA and company standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet deadlines
- Operate automated conveyor systems and material handling technologies
Qualifications
- 1+ years of warehouse/material handling experience required
- Valid OSHA certification and forklift operation certification
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanners
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends as needed
