Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory control tasks including cycle counts and documentation
- Load/unload trucks and containers using proper equipment and techniques
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse space according to safety standards
- Inspect and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Use warehouse management systems for accurate tracking
Qualifications
- 1+ years of warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
