Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Manage inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Operate warehouse machinery following OSHA safety protocols
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams for timely material transfers
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and storage areas
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
- Collaborate with supervisors to optimize material flow
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer skills for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent
