Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, sort, and store raw materials and finished products using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain accurate inventory records through WMS system operations
- Inspect materials for damage and quality compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Prepare shipments for distribution and coordinate with transportation partners
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
