Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, store, and distribute materials using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain accurate inventory records through systematic scanning and documentation
- Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments for damage and compliance
- Optimize warehouse layout to maximize space utilization and workflow efficiency
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and adhere to OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational targets
- Implement lean principles to reduce waste and improve processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification required (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
