Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming materials using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Safely operate powered industrial equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers
- Manage inventory through cycle counts and maintain organized storage areas
- Prepare outbound shipments by packing, labeling, and documenting orders
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize material flow
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ years warehouse experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency with inventory management systems and RF scanning
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
