Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move products throughout the warehouse
- Accurately receive, scan, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment in compliance with quality standards
- Maintain organized and clean storage areas to optimize space utilization
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in inventory reconciliation processes
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company security procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or material handling experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with inventory software experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
