Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand tools
- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
- Maintain organized inventory storage systems with precise labeling
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Prepare outbound shipments with proper documentation
- Conduct regular cycle counts for inventory accuracy
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Must pass pre-employment background check
