Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify and count items received against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Pack and crate products for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and handling instructions.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment in strict compliance with 5S standards and safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory counts, stock rotation (FIFO), and cycle counts.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience is preferred.
- Ability to operate forklifts (reach truck, stand-up forklift) is a plus but not required.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
