Responsibilities
- Efficiently move raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Operate material handling equipment safely and responsibly
- Support loading/unloading operations for incoming/outgoing shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
