Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stock incoming materials using warehouse management systems
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Perform cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory precision
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Document transactions and report discrepancies to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain upon hire
- Proficient with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
