Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment to move inventory
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment using RF scanners
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement FIFO rotation systems
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Support inventory audits and cycle count activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift certification required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills and inventory system knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Preferred experience with WMS systems like SAP or Oracle
