Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and maintain daily inspections
- Manage inventory through accurate scanning and documentation
- Optimize storage space using FIFO/FEFO methods
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Uphold strict safety protocols and 5S standards
- Assist with quality control checks and damage prevention
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- 1+ years warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
