Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Organize inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and maintain cleanliness
- Pick and pack orders with precision for shipping
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing materials
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license (forklift certification a plus)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Reliable transportation to shift location
